First Recipe: Energy Smoothie
To start, I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes – an energy smoothie. This smoothie is perfect for starting the day or as a refreshing snack after a workout.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 handful of spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup frozen berries
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
